Our Tullamore Town FC Fundraiser

Your contribution makes a big difference, Thank you

Since its inception, Tullamore Town Football Club (FC) has established itself as the premier club in County Offaly and has been to the forefront of promoting the game of soccer in the midlands. When officially formed in 1941, the club recognised a tradition of soccer in the town dating back to the 1920’s. Since 1941, we have come a long way! Throughout its nearly 80 year history, Tullamore Town FC has moved grounds and changed its club colours. However, now the blue & white kit emblazoned with the iconic crest of the phoenix rising from the flames is synonymous with the club and we are extremely proud to call Leah Victoria Park at Ballyduff OUR HOME!

In Leah Victoria Park, we have fantastic facility where we cater for over 400 adult and underage members. Our first teams compete in the Senior Division 1 Sunday of the Leinster Senior League and our second team competes in the top flight of the Combined Counties Football League (CCFL). Our U17 & U19 boys team compete in the CCFL also. This year we are hoping to field a youth’s girls team which would go a long way to achieving our goal of fielding a Senior Ladies Team in the CCFL in the near future. At underage level, we field 22 teams in the Midland Schoolboys/Girls League (MSL) providing football for over 300 boys and girls between the ages of 8 & 16 years. We also run an academy which welcomes younger players between the ages of 5 & 7 years. We field multiple teams at every underage level to avoid turning any child away – truly providing football for all.

At Tullamore Town FC, we endeavour to be inclusive, welcoming players and coaches from all backgrounds and ability levels. We have established strong links with our local Special Olympics Programme and Tullamore Traveller Movement. As the premier field sport facility in our area we facilitate other local clubs during the winter season on our all weather facility.

To continue to grow and develop our club and put additional playing facilities in place to provide a sports and recreation outlet for our entire community, we need your financial support. Our members and community have always been very generous and now we are delighted to launch our Grassroots Weekly Lotto Fundraiser. This weekly lotto is run centrally by ourgrassroots.ie and is supported by the Football Association of Ireland (FAI) and the Schoolboys Football Association of Ireland (SFAI). It is completely online, so COVID proof and provides a sustainable fundraising model for our club going forward allowing us to invest in our future. This will ensure that everyone who wants to can play the beautiful game.

Every week, someone in our community will win a spot prize of €50 and who knows, the Jackpot Prize which starts at €1,000 and increases weekly if not won to €10,000 will be won by one of our supporters – IT COULD BE YOU! With this fundraiser in place, the club can also win as we are entered into a monthly Super Draw for cash prizes and
‘money can’t buy’ sporting experiences from the FAI.

Please subscribe to our lotto online. Please ask your friends and family to support our Lotto. Parents & Guardians, Grannies & Granddads, Aunties & Uncles, current players, ex players, supporters, and friends and family from far and wide are needed. Teamwork makes this dream work both on and off the pitch.

Together we can achieve anything!
